EQUIX acquires R.A.W. Construction, LLC in Tallahassee, Florida. R.A.W. is a gas distribution contractor operating in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. R.A.W. offers open-cut trenching, plowing, directional drilling, welding, tapping, fusing, and testing.
DIS adds civil construction services to the public and private markets.
EQUIX acquires ASTRA Group, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. ASTRA Group is a leader in the Southeast in the delivery of general contracting to private, commercial, government, and municipal entities.
