Jerrod Henschel
President and CEO, Equix, Inc.

Jerrod is responsible for Equix Inc.’s strategic development and growth. He started his career as a line worker and proved to be a quick study who rose through the ranks. During his 30 years in the construction industry, Jerrod has held senior leadership positions managing day-to-day operations, including an annual portfolio of over one billion and individual projects greater than 250 million. Jerrod is knowledgeable in communications, URD, renewables, heavy civil, and water and sewer. Jerrod advocates for open communication across all levels of operations and led crews around the world. He actively contributes to the Power & Communication Contractors Association, serving on the board of directors and several committees.

Stephen Cramer
Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer, Equix, Inc.

Stephen is responsible for Finance and Information Technology. Prior to joining Equix, Inc. in 2018, he amassed more than 30 years of financial, accounting and leadership experience. He previously held key finance and operating leadership roles in the automotive, marine engine and commercial laundry industries. Stephen has managed large portfolios in the automotive and manufacturing industries, and investments from $100 million to $3 billion. Steve is a CPA and received his MBA from Loyola University – Chicago.

Nicholas Atkin
Vice President of Construction Services, Equix, Inc.

Nicholas is responsible for the day-to-day operations of energy and utility construction services. He has more than 15 years of construction experience. Including managing daily operations of projects throughout the United States for natural gas distribution, utility & maxi-rig horizontal directional drilling, electric and telecommunications construction. He leverages his diverse construction experience in the field to provide insights on safety, constructability and value engineering. Nicholas holds a B.A. in Business from Saint Norbert College.

Kevin Oleson
President, Mi-Tech Services, Inc.

Kevin is President of Mi-Tech Services, Inc. He is responsible for leading and overseeing daily operations for continued growth. Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in the design and planning fiber builds for large telecommunication companies in the private and public sectors. Kevin is experienced in designing and working closely on railroad right-of-ways. Besides his mass of experience, Kevin promotes a strong safety culture by ensuring teams have the proper training and understanding of all safety protocols.

Dean Cline
Senior Vice President, Equix, Inc.

Dean is focused on growing new market segments by leveraging the experience he earned in leadership positions with the Equix, Inc. group of companies. Prior to transitioning into a role where he offers strategic guidance and direction, he served as President of Mi-Tech from 2004 to 2014 and President and Chairman of the Board of Equix from 2014 to 2019. Dean has more than 30 years of leadership and operations experience in engineering and constructing fiber networks. He was involved in two major long-haul fiber network buildouts across the United States.

Todd Meyer
Chief Legal Officer and Secretary,
Equix, Inc.

Todd directs all legal, human resources and risk management related matters for the company. Todd has more than 20 years of senior management experience leading legal, human resources, risk management, and real estate departments for organizations in the construction, chemical, and retail industries ranging in size from $150 million privately-held businesses to $4.8 billion publicly-traded organizations. Todd is also a CPA and worked in public accounting prior to becoming an attorney.

Michael Debelak
President, Diversified Infrastructure Services

Michael joined Equix in 2018 as President of Diversified Infrastructure Services (DIS). He is responsible for leading, managing and expanding civil, geotechnical and renewables services throughout the United States. Michael has more than 25 years of operations experience in heavy civil, renewable and road building. His diverse construction experience includes management of projects with budgets of more than $275 million as well as partnerships and joint ventures.

Michael has served on road building and transportation boards and committees and is a leading advocate for shaping the economic environment surrounding infrastructure construction. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

Andrew Lindsay, LEED® AP
President, Astra Group, LLC

As President of the Astra companies – Astra Group, LLC, Astra Grading & Pipe, LLC, and Astra Construction Services, LLC – Andrew has direct control over annual revenues in excess of $100 million. He has more than 25 years of construction experience including that of parks, athletics and recreational facilities, municipal buildings, transportation/aviation, heavy civil/utility infrastructure as well as green infrastructure development. Under Andrew’s direction, Astra became a leader in the industry and the company continues to expand its client base to include a large array of public and private organizations.

Andrew has a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed utility contractor in Georgia and a licensed general contractor in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
